Domestic Shipping Policy

How much is shipping?

For any order over $250.00, ground shipping charges are waived. If you would like your order sooner and you’re in the continental United States, you can select an express or rush delivery at checkout. All shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight of items in the order and shipping destination. For more information, please contact shopBMA support.  

shopBMA now provides fulfillment centers on the east and west coast for faster delivery via ground services. 

Express shipping is not a free service no matter the dollar amount of your order.

Please note, shopBMA does not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Delivery times will vary from 1 to 6 days depending on your geographic location and is the sole responsibility of the carrier. Shipping rates are determined using the “shoPBMA Volume Pricing Tier” and calculated after the order has been invoiced.

Shipment processing time

We will make every effort to ship any compliant orders that were submitted by 3:00 pm Eastern Time, Monday – Friday. Orders are typically not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Thus, for planning purposes please allow additional days in transit for delivery. For status on your orders, you can reach us at support@shopbma.com or by calling (866) 375-4023.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

shopBMA does not mail to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking

Invoices and their associated tracking numbers can be found in customer’s Account at www.shopbma.com. Alternatively, you can reach out to us directly at support@shopbma.com or by calling (866) 375-4023.

Refused Orders

If an order is refused by the customer at the customer’s address of record, the customer will be responsible for any charges associated with the returned items. Those charges include: outbound shipping, return shipping, and a $25 restocking fee.

Damages and order inaccuracy

www.shopbma.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you received your order damaged, please contact us directly at support@shopbma.com or by calling (866) 375-4023 within 3 days of receiving your order for assistance with your claim.

If your order was shipped inaccurately, please contact us directly at support@shopbma.com or by calling (866) 375-4023. You must file a claim with shopBMA support within 3 days of receiving the order in question.

You must save all packaging materials and damaged goods if you would like to make a claim for damaged products or inaccurate deliveries. The carrier may also request photos of the damage.  Claims made more than 3 days after Carrier verified delivery will be denied by shopBMA.

International Shipping Policy

shopBMA ships to Boost Authorized locations in Hawaii, the Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico. For orders over $500.00, shipping fees are waved. Any expedited shipping (depending on availability) will be an additional cost.  

Note: The Domestic Shipping Policy and the “shopBMA Volume Pricing Tier” shipping rates do not apply to shipments made outside of the continental United States and thus those shipments don’t qualify for any shipping discounts as listed in the shopBMA Domestic Shipping Policy. 

Shipping costs to any international locations will be at the sole cost of the customer. To better understand the cost of shipping to an international location we encourage you to first contact our sales and support team at support@shopbma.com or by calling (866) 375-4023 before placing your order. Once your order has been invoiced shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Any defective products or returned merchandise must be shipped back to shopBMA at the sole cost of the customer.
